Over twenty business people from a range of industries in the North East attended a seminar presented by Sinead Duffy entitled “Use your Great Mind Effectively." The talk focused on bringing performance improvements to businesses through the development of individual potential.
Sinéad gave business owners an understanding of the power of the human mind and our ability to use it effortlessly to achieve the goals we value. She addressed the challenges facing businesses and how best to develop a mindset that maintains focus and stays motivated regardless of the environment.
The talk was warmly received and all who attended responded positively to the discussion.
